PHS Alumni Hall of Fame

The PHS Alumni Hall of Fame is a prestigious annual award recognizing the leadership, character, and hard work of a select group of graduates.

​These individuals have made exceptional contributions in their of study, have had outstanding career accomplishments, have volunteered their time and talents in their communities, and are and example to current Plainfield High School students.
REQUIREMENTS

    Nominee must have graduated from PHS at least 10 years     prior.

    Nominee has demonstrated
  •     achievement,
  •     leadership,
  •     character, and/or
  •     service.

    * Nominations for posthumous awards will be considered.
    * Nominees not selected will remain up for consideration           for three years and will then need to be resubmitted. 

SELECTION COMMITTEE

    The committee will be comprised of a subcommittee of 
    members of the Plainfield Community School's Legacy
    Foundation and other alumni.

    Deadline:

        Nominations must be submitted to the principal prior
        to March 1st.
